Hub Training is a new initiative being trialled in the Midlands, with the aim to build a community of leaders who will be trained with hands on experience for ministry and biblical training, through time spent together and also back in the local church setting.

The training will take place over a period of two years. There will be an intensive training day each term, combined with monthly evening sessions. Guest speakers, skilled in particular areas will contribute to the sessions. 

In addition, students will be encouraged to follow a set curriculum of VBI modules back in their local church. We will distribute resources to help with VBI study and give guidance with each module including the recommended reading for each term.

People will be invited onto the Hub Training by their local Church leaders.  Further Hub Training will be rolled out across the country.

Rick is senior pastor at Riverside Vineyard. He has just completed his PhD on church growth and has given seminars on Genesis at the National Leaders’ Conference. He and his wife Lulu both serve on the Vineyard Council.

These days are for Church leaders, church planters, preachers and teachers, small group leaders and anyone with an interest in what the bible is all about.
